Sean joined firm in February 2023 as an associate where he practised in a wide range of fields but with a focus on litigation. He is now a part of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution.
In November of 2019, Sean graduated with an LLB Law (Hons) from Coventry University. He then completed his Professional Legal Practice Course in the University of Law London Bloomsbury in October of 2020.
Sean spent his legal training at an established law firm in Gibraltar and was admitted as a Solicitor and acting Barrister of the Supreme Court of Gibraltar in November of 2022. He was a general practitioner for a short period and was exposed to, and involved with, a wealth of commercial litigation, probate matters, landlord and tenant disputes, employment matters, family litigation and several high-profile criminal trials.
Currently, Sean has been narrowing his focus to litigation with a focus on civil, criminal and employment litigation. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court in civil applications and the Magistrates’Court in criminal matters. He also does some commercial work.
Sean strives to ensure that all his clients feel like they have their voices heard and that their best interests are always considered a top priority.
