Marc X. Ellul is the MD and a leading corporate, investment funds and private client lawyer. Nick Cruz is one of Gibraltar’s top litigators dealing with some of Gibraltar’s highest profile cases.  He leads one of the strongest litigation teams in Gibraltar. Eric Ellul is the senior founder who still practises and now specialising in probate matters. Our approachable team provides effective legal solutions in a responsive and practical manner.  Our client relationships are built on trust and integrity and we keep your best interests at the heart of everything we do.

Our other key people include Ben Chiappe, the Head of the Property Department. He is a leading property lawyer representing a large sector of Gibraltar’s private individuals and banks. In Lorraine Armstrong and Janieve Hawkins, we have Gibraltar’s strongest family law practitioners. Neil Lopez is a corporate and shipping lawyer. He is also a Notary Public and he leads Gibraltar’s most prominent notarial practice. Arcelia Hernandez-Cordero is a senior associate on the litigation team. Jamie Hammond and Sean Gaskin are our junior associates who are also a part of the litigation team.  William Parody, a chartered accountant, is on the Board of Directors and leads our finance team.
